Respect your fellow players. This means that you agree to play nice. There are people behind the fictional characters, and we ask that you remember that we are all here to enjoy the same hobby. Please be courteous and bring problems forward before they get out of hand to the individual or contact the mods. We will take player disputes very seriously!
Three strikes, you're out! Strikes will be given for not following the rules listed on this page. Player conduct may (but hopefully not) arise in a situation in which an immediate dismissal of a player is needed. We have the right to excuse troublemakers.
IC≠OOC Players are not there characters. Actions that happen in game should not affect actions between players out of game, and vice versa. This can also be known as godmodding, or having a character ICly have information that they would not know otherwise if the mun did not. This is not allowed and will result in a strike.
You must be at least 16 years-old to play. We do allow child characters here, but you and your character must both be 18 years old to participate in any and all sexually themed scenes, and these scenes must be locked to the community. All logs with mature content must be flocked--this includes, but is not limited to, graphic sex, graphic violence or gore, and basically anything that would get it an NC17 rating. Explicit language need not be locked, but it's polite to at least give warning about these things until we get to know your characters. Mild to moderate violence, off screen sexual situations, etc. will need a warning in the content section, but do not need to be locked.
Stay in-character. We are all playing canon characters, so each and every one of us is expected to adhere to that set of personality traits. Characters will develop new relationships and discover things about themselves throughout the course of the game, but they should not completely flip. A personal How's My Driving post is not required, but recommended. If you are uncomfortable addressing a player about these issues, bring them to the mods.
Stay active. What's the point of joining a game if you're not going to play in it? Each character is required to pass a monthly activity check in order to stay in the game. If there is any reason that you cannot be active in this game for a short amount of time, please refer to the hiatus post.
